Great pie!
The dough is delicious has just the right consistency.
The crust is crispy with a nice char.
The cheese is a great blend, just the right combination of salty, and chew.
The undercarriage was floppy even though I ordered well done which was a bit more floppy than a pie I’ve had last week which is why I returned. *last week’s pie did not droop, had no flop and was excellent, which is why I came back to give an official review.
I drove 12 minutes for this pie and fully worth it $16 is a great price as well, the staff see awesome and the place has a micro brew vibe but instead of beer they are creating pizza.
Had in my mind from the last time a 7.4-7.6 but due to the inconsistency of the flop, 7.2
