So, this is a food truck with a Woodfired oven built-in. I don’t know how these guys do it. The fire is blazing and the pizza is really solid. I went for pepperoni just because I was in the mood so my score is not based upon a normal plain pie, but the crust was legit and the sauce was legit. These guys are rocking it
