Pizza Review
Stuck at the Chicago airport and this is the only Chicago pizza option around but whatever it counts as my first. This is what you’d expect from express airport pizza, no better no worse. It’s a little dry and clearly just been sitting under a heating lamp for a while. They advertise having Chicago’s famous butter crust which I suppose it is but dry burnt and meh. The cheese has that mass produced, Pizza Hut or Costco pizza vibe but the sauce isn’t bad and compliments the pizza well. Wouldn’t mind having Reggio’s pizza properly in the future but this is nothing more than some carbs to hold you over before your flight.
