Good pizza nice cheese and not much flop but not enough crunch

Definitely one of the best in baton Rouge. Minimal flop. Love the marinara and cheese. Really good pizza. On a side not the garlic knots and cheese bread are great. The sauce is awesome

Their Detriot style pizza is fantastic. Crust is a little sweet, almost as if it was glazed with honey. Loaded with cheese and topped with a sweet red sauce and delicious pepperoni. The pepperoni curl up, which I find to be a bonus.

Detroit style pizza is awesome. Honey bourbon infused in the sauce. Great crunch and flavor.

Overall quality of the pizza was good. I tried the Tony's pizza. Sauce was a little too sweet for me, but I'd come here again. Crust was really good which is what brought my score up to a 6.

Johnny's special with kalamatas. Great pie! #2 choice in BR.

Crust is soft, and can barely taste any sauce. Cheese is good, bumping it from a certain 5.9 into a 6.2

Very clean place and friendly staff. Now, for the pizza. I got a small cheese. 6 slices. Not bad taste but dry in certain areas. Could use a little more sauce. Made in one of those roller ovens. Not a fan of those kind. I think pizza should be made in a pizza oven.

Burnt beyond recognition. A lot of people have told me this is a top pizza place in BTR, they all lied. The dough was super crispy and honestly, stale. You could see the dough had been left out a long time cause you could see the dryness separation along the edges. They seem to use artisan pepperoni’s but burn them so hard that the taste is missing from them. I won’t even talk about the sauce. The only thing that gave them a plus was the amount of cheese, even though it was burnt to where you couldn’t tell why was cheese and what was sauceless crust.
