Pizza Review
Despite some pretty generic ingredients, this pie really captures the overall flavor of pizza. Soft dough, thinnish...very standard-looking round pie. The thick, soft & doughy crust stands out the most because there is so much of it. The sauce and cheese are rather basic, too nondescript to really evaluate. They both need a little kick...garlic, pepper, spices...something to differentiate from a generic pie. Much like pizza-flavored Pringles or Combos snacks, it simulates the essence of pizza flavor. It’s good for Southern Connecticut but not great compared to some of the other pizzerias nearby.
