Delicious! Great firm bite with a nice crunch to it and the cheese parts just perfectly.

I'm a bit shocked about some of the low scores I've been seeing. Here's the real story. Been coming here for years. You kinda need to know when to order bc the place gets really busy sometimes. Order fresh whole pies, one of the few places where a fresh pie is better than a reheated slice. Beyond that certain people work on certain days so be smart and order off-peak. I suggest a bit of seasoning (Gar, Parm, Pep, crushed RP) if you like that kind of stuff bc the sauce focuses on the premium tomatoes with a light but good balance of cheese. I'm not a "bar pie" guy so was surprised but delighted by Dave's review. 100% do a front than back 1st bite. The crust is what sets this place apart from others. They topping are high quality but the cheese can stand on its own. For my taste just go regular and don't over think it. The fresh mozzarella version I see people going with shouldn't be how you judge this place. I like traditional salty whole milk muzz. Worth reading some Google reviews for the kitchen stuff.

In hindsight, if I let the slice cool down a bit and settle I think it could have been low 7’s. But as it was I felt fine giving a 6.8. Nice crisp crust and liked that there was no flop, but an average flavor.

Excellent pizza! I recommend the eggplant and fresh garlic as toppings! Service was excellent. A touch more salt and this would have been an 8.1

OK pizza review time. Still in Jersey City. This time at Renato‘s Pizza Masters. This place is been around for a long time so they must be doing something right. I have to say I was pretty darn impressed with the slice. Not my usual go to style because it is a little bit thicker than I usually like but thinner doesn’t always mean better. The dough had a good flavor with no flop and the taste didn’t feel doughy to me. Definitely a good balance of sauce N cheese. Both of which had good flavor and quality. One slice is definitely filling enough. I’ll be back again. 8.4 that’s the review. Same as I gave Rizzo but two totally different slices and experiences

I came in last night because of Dave's review. I don't know why he gave it such a good score. I was disappointed. Too thick and all flop. I did like the taste but it was just an average pie. I won't go back.

Great spot for a slice in jersey city, slice was on the thicker and doughy side. Good pizza, really liked the round deep dish personal which had great sauce and flavor.
