Rendezvous Pizza

Hard to score. Pizza was in the mid-upper 7s but the crust brought the score up. New York slice is more like football pie. Pepperoni NY slice and Botanic NY slice.

NY style tastes pretty authentic but could use some more crisp. Undercarriage was a little lighter than I prefer.

I’m going 7.6 on Detroit style. Great flavor off the crispy crust and way lighter than expected. Sauce comes on the side which is weird but I kind of liked it. Not bad on the grease either. Definitely would be my suggestions here. The trad pie would be immediately forgotten in NY but is damn good for this part of the world. Going 7.2 on that. Really thin, minimal sauce, minimal grease, no crisp. Would be a good local spot.

Disappointed to be honest. Ordered take out and maybe that’s the big difference. It was doughy, pepperoni wasn’t anything spectacular. Not that Detroit crisp we all love. Some parts were soggy.

Good crisp, tangy sauce. Medium flop. Overall good. Empire still is the king of OKC

Pretty solid pie, crust was nice. Pepperoni obviously a bit more floppy with the grease, cheese had less flop. Wish the undercarriage was a bit crispier

Great crisp. Heavy but holds integrity. Not very greasy. Closer to a football pie than a New York slice.

I little more flop than I like. But great crunch great flavor.

It was a little floppy or it would’ve been an 8+. The Basil was on point! Try the spicy meatball appetizer; It’s a 9.2!!

Excellent NY style slices, but the Detroit is pricey.

Pizza is available by the slice. Cool bar. I got the New York slice. My wife got the Tito’s. The bartender said the Tito’s was the best pizza they have so we tried that also. New York slice was big and had a good bit of grease. Great crust. Good cheese/ sauce ratio. 7.1 Tito’s slice review Yeah get the Tito’s. Unreal. Buttery pan crust. Tito’s vodka sauce topped on an amazing pizza. 8.3

Good crust, a little greasy. Meat on it was just alright. Good atmosphere, will come back.

Rating NY style. Wish it was a little thicker and not so floppy Detroit style was a new experience. Would definitely get again Great atmosphere inside

The NY style was good don’t really know how to score the Detroit style but it is worth having

Better than empire slice by a little…crispy crust could put it in the 8’s

Good size. Good cheese and flavor. Could be a tab bit crisper on the bottom but it’s not doughy. Slight flop. Overall it’s delicious. Their Detroit style is really good too with a crisp layer of cheese on the crust. Good atmosphere and cheap beer on tap. Rarely have to ask for a refill, it’s in front of me before I can ask.

So the regular NY cheese was supremely average but every other NY slice and Detroit slice was fire. Straight NY baseline cheese, not great

There Detroit style pizza is really good. Has an amazing crunch and smoky flavor from the pepperoni. Good sauce and amazing cheese
