Resonate Brewery + Pizzeria

Did not look at any reviews of this place before I did this, so shut up already. People seem to love doughy pizzas around here. This is about as high as I could go. Review number 300 was not as good as I hoped, but “we try the all until we try them all.”

Toppings - great. Cheese - great. All they talked about was their crust - a sourdough baked crust - Way too heavy and doughy. Only cared about crust not their pizza. Big fucking miss. Clearly played to a boogie Bellevue crowd who only cares about vibe over quality

72 hour ferment sourdough crust is awesome, pizza was thin and crispy with a good chew factor, will def be coming back from Seattle. Did a make my own classic pepperoni, jalapeños and pineapple.

Super doughy and floppy pizza. Flavor was average.

Flop city, grease, dough bland , nothing special, just average pizzeria pizza, good atmosphere and beers

Nice light slice. Great beer too!

Margherita with fresh basil and mozzarella, needs a little more crisp and definitely more cheese.

Great craft beer! And really good pizza! Great find hidden in Newcastle.

Artisanal pizza. Good, but not my style.
