Ordered the large thin crust with just cheese. When holding up a slice the pizza has a serious flop...your left holding the crust and the rest hangs straight down, no bueno. You must eat this within 10 minutes of coming out of the oven. Wait any longer and the cheese gets rubbery. The first piece was really good. The second slice not nearly as good...I missed the 10 minute window. First slice was a 6.6, even with the flop. The second slice was a 2.8 due to the rubbery texture.

Decent Pizza, Nothing Special. Not the best in the area. A little greasy. Nice crisp. Good amount of pepperoni.

I got their NY neapolitan style, though not sure what that is. There's no coal or wood fire oven, so I'm just calling it NY style. Chose the traditional sauce. Appearance: Good looking pie Crust: Thin, no flop, nice crisp. Sauce: I can see it, but not taste it. Dipping in sauce provided helps but still a bit bland. Cheese: A bit greesy, thinking just mozzarella. Pretty good. Value: Good value, $10.99 for medium - 4 Large slices. Not bad, but nothing really stands out. Not the NY style I was looking for, basically just a thin crust pizza.
