So this was a real surprise! Especially the upside down
Sicilian. It was one of the best slices of Sicilian I've ever
had, and I've had some of the best in the tri-state area.
This was pillowy, towering, fluffy, and sultry. This
Sicilian had a rich tomato sauce and a great crispy
bottom with great height in the slice. They're proofing
their dough perfectly for a rise, crumb, and crisp like
that. The generous Parmesan cheese is an added bonus. 8.4 on the Sicilian- unfortunately the reg slice was
a basic 6.3- except for the crust. The crust was
fantastic! Really crunchy and flavorful with nice char.
