Rise Woodfire Pizza & Rotisserie

Decent pizza overall. Good crisp and char, with some flop as well. Sauce was a bit bland.

Nice crispy crust with good flavor. Sauce is mediocre. Just didn’t really stand out. Ingredients toppings were high quality and wonderfully paired together. Best Pizza was the Beef Back Rib and Arugula Pizza.

Awesome char. Super good burata cheese and fresh basil. Very good!
