Alright, Frankie. Pizza review time. You know that nostalgia feeling of eating fresh Sbarro’s at the mall in the early/mid 90s? That’s exactly what this cheese pizza tastes like. Huge flop, lots of cheese, but doesn’t slide off with the sauce. This is good pizza. The best in Fannin county by a long stretch.

I’ll just start by saying that there isn’t good pizza anywhere up here, so finding such a nice spot with a beautiful wood fired oven is RARE. We loved it here and it will be our spot. However, the pizza was criminally undercooked making it a floppy, doughy mess. Great crust, good cheese. Finished with a bit of salt on top to keep it interesting. I have no doubt that this could be an 8 or darn close - if it was left in the oven another few minutes. Order it well done!!

Flavor is super good just the right amount of sauce fresh veggies and awesome crust. The flop is good definitely worth the stop.
