I’ll just start by saying that there isn’t good pizza anywhere up here, so finding such a nice spot with a beautiful wood fired oven is RARE. We loved it here and it will be our spot. However, the pizza was criminally undercooked making it a floppy, doughy mess. Great crust, good cheese. Finished with a bit of salt on top to keep it interesting. I have no doubt that this could be an 8 or darn close - if it was left in the oven another few minutes. Order it well done!!
