Jersey Style. Little floppy, good sauce to cheese ratio. Great Kolsch beer (doesn’t factor into the score)

Great flavor on the sauce, but just a little too cheesy and overall felt undercooked by a minute. That lit bit of extra crisp and browning would put it in the high 7s

At 38th and high court in wheat ridge, co outside of denver. Very cool mellow place. Great environment. Very thin, lots of flip, but great taste. Cook it a little longer and you have a gem.

The sausage was a little disappointing and the crust was too thin. I’d eat it again, but it’s not something I’d crave

Huge flop. Great sauce. Crust could be a touch more crispy. Good slice. Worth a stop in.

Very thin crust with great crisp! Subtle sauce, not super cheesy. Charred bits give complimentary flavor.
