Great flavor on the sauce, but just a little too cheesy and overall felt undercooked by a minute. That lit bit of extra crisp and browning would put it in the high 7s

At 38th and high court in wheat ridge, co outside of denver. Very cool mellow place. Great environment. Very thin, lots of flip, but great taste. Cook it a little longer and you have a gem.
