Stopped by Roma D'Italia and ordered the Chicago gold medal standard cheese and sausage pizza. The crust was fairly crisp and the crust at the edge was flaky and crisp. A more than fair amount of cheese on the pizza with some oregano on the cheese. The cheese had a nice fresh flavor and a good pull. The sauce was thick and rich with a lot of seasoning in it. The sausage had a good flavor and just enough fennel. Overall a good pizza and I would stop back for another wheel.

Solid slices! Cripsy, cheesy, maybe needs a little more sauce. But overall tasty!

Alright, this pie is pretty good. Crust is good, although I might want to try well done next time. Sauce is good with a hint of a kick, which is nice. A little too much cheese makes it a hit too heavy and sometimes slides off. Overall, 7.8 is a fair score for a good pie. I’ll be coming back.

Terrible picture of the pizza. I did not know you couldn't upload a photo from your gallery. Fix that Frankie! Tons of good quality cheese and a tangy sauce with a very light sweetness. Crust is not doughy but not super crispy either. This is a very balanced example of a Chicago style thin crust. I Highly recommend this pizza.
