What we have here at Mikes is a tale of two pizzas:
First half of this slice was...not good. Cheese all over the place, NY flop times 1000 I could barely hold the damn thing. It was a process to eat.
However, a wise man once said “trust the process” and this statement holds true here. The second half of this slice was great, crust was the perfect kind of crunchy, sauce and cheese blended efficiently. It’s too bad the whole thing wasn’t like this but I’ll give the benefit of the doubt here and call it a 6.9
