Pizza Review
Easily the best NY pizza I’ve had in Colorado. In fact, I don't think I've had a NY style pizza this good since I was last in New York. This would easily hold it's own in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, etc etc. SOME criticisms. The dough/crust was some what bland. This might have been a one off as I've only been there once. Or maybe they have short/day of rise times? Not certain. Either way it doesn't matter as this isn't Neapolitan where the crust is all the flavor and is rather a means to deliver the flavor. So with that in mind it did it's job perfectly. Perfectly cooked/crisp and maintained it's strength even though the center was very thin. Their sauce had a well developed robust flavor to it. The cheese was flavorful full fat mozz (a little greasy but that's personal preference). High quality pepperoni's that had great flavor and obviously cupped up when cooked. This is a solid 8.3 pizza (DP Scale) and while I haven't had them all (yet), you'd be hard pressed to find a better NY style pizza in Colorado.
