Rosalee's Pizzeria

This pizza was phenomenal!! The undercarriage was nice and charred and the crust had a perfect crisp to it. No flop on the cheese slices, but the pepperoni slices were a bit too heavy thus flopped a little bit. Honestly this was the pizza I’ve had maybe ever. Couldn’t give it a 9+ cause I’m not ready to go that high yet but this is well worth the drive to come here.

Low score because this is the best pizza in Colorado and exactly what El Presidente loves. Actual score would be high 8s maybe a 9 something. But they don’t have capacity and it’s hard enough to get a pizza here as it is. 😘

This was a great find in Colorado…I’m from New York visiting my son and it’s slim pickens in this state for pizza and Rosalee’s rang the bell. Thin, crispy crust just a very slight flop, great sauce to cheese ratio but the best is the owners did an east coast pizza tour and hit all the heavy hitters in NY and New Haven and they based their pizza after them. This pizza is so legit!!! Get there Dave!!

Crust? Spot on. Sauce? Fresh. Cheese? Just a little light. All the same, absolutely worth the wait.

Decided to make the trip to this place the second I saw the pictures. It was exactly what I expected, hands down the best pizza I’ve had in the midwest! Great crunch on crust and great flavors. Very authentic East Coast style pizza. That’s a review!

Phenomenal pizza, one of if not the best in Colorado. Could compete anywhere in the world and hold its own. Quality meats and cheese with a crispy, but light and airy crust. Passes the flop test and taste test.

Top in the state. Maybe best. Sausage is amazing. Knots a must. Service was the best I’ve had in years at a restaurant. Must try!

Some of the best pizza I’ve had. Crunchy. Crust has a great ratio of crisp and doughy. Came out hot, fresh with a great aroma. Sauce is slightly sweet to me, or else I would put it higher. Picture is my take home slices.

Excellent. Thin, crispy, just the right amount of cheese. Owners seem to have some northeast roots and it shows. Quite possibly may be the best New York style pizza in Colorado. Must try.

Light, crispy, and incredible ratio of sauce to cheese

Crispy, light and airy, leaves a little dust on the fingers, good crust with the little air pockets, great sauce, little sweet. Good amount of cheese but not too much. Spectacular pie, 9.1.

Amazing pizza, light crust, well done with some char, no flop, great sauce perfect amount of cheese. Great ambiance, they have pictures and boxes from east coast joints, like modern and Sally’s.
