Rosati's Pizza

This pizza presentation says it all... other then the crust being crunchy it’s an average pizza. Not much to say about it

If it wasn’t for the crust this pizza would be in the 8’s. That being said the cheese and sauce were almost perfect to me just the crust was too sloppy and almost cracker like.

Chicago Style Deep Dish. One bite everybody knows the rules. Deep dish flop, decent crisp on the crust. Good sauce. All around decent deep dish for California.
