Rosatis Pizza

Ordered a thin crust and a double dough pizza. Don’t judge the pizza by the look of the restaurant. I liked how they used ground Italian sausage and cook it with the pizza instead of the sliced other pizzas have. Good cook overall with good proportions of sauce and cheese. Decent tasting sauce, not bad not fantastic. Think is a good thickness and they cut into squares. Double dough was well made, not too doughy or soft.

14” Deep dish, Canadian Bacon, Bacon, Jalapeño and Pineapple…sauce is more tomato than sauce, cheese is gooey and undercarriage held up well with all everything on it. I am not a deep dish expert, as I rarely have it, just not my go to pizza type, but this was a pretty solid pizza that I wouldn’t hesitate getting again.

Yummy sauce and cheese. Can’t judge the crust as we ordered double dough and it was just that, more like dough than a crust.

100% Authentic Chicago Deep Dish. My all time favorite style of Pizza. Best Pizza in the area by far. Only Grubby’s Pizza in Pittsburgh, Pa. beats it, outside of Chicago itself.

As a fan of thicker crust, their Chicago deep dish was on point. Best pizza in the Morrisville area.

Idk...it’s good I guess to the right person? A lot of dough, not a lot of cheese, and big chunks of tomato? I guess people like this but it just ain’t it for me...

Good pie! Nice layer of sauce and cheese that is supported by the crust. Nice browsing on the undercrust and crunchy on the edges. Maybe a little doughy, but still great pie!

Excellent Chicago deep dish pizza, probably the best in the Triangle. Tasty cheese. No grease. So good.

Really solid thin crust cheese pizza

Very good, very light, sauce crust was crispy but not too much, it wss a little greasy but overall it was a very good pizza.

Chicago style = Best style. Great crunch, cheese is perfect. less flavor than true chi town. Sauce is sweet where it shouldn’t be which is why I’m below 8.

Best pizza in the triangle

Another return visit review. I have raved about this place to my family, who were in town visiting. They wanted to try it. I had to warn them that it is not the NY style pizza they are use to, but try it with an open mind. The experiment was a success. After their initial curiosity about the pizza style and cut, they ended up loving the crust, flavor, and how light it is. I stand by my initial review and told the family I will bring them a pizza next time I visit them.

I’d eaten at Rosati’s in the Chicago suburbs a few times, so I was interested in this franchise. I ordered thin crust to try and remain consistent. I thought this was very solid bar pizza. It honestly could be higher than a 7.3. Will order the deep dish in the future.

As good a Chicago pizza you can get in the triangle area, sauce was a little sweet but was a different tangy taste. Really good, and am definitely coming back!

Deep dish is boss.
