Rosati's Pizza

Very good pizza. The crust on the bottom is interesting. It’s almost breadcrumb-esque. Not crazy thin. Lots of cheese vs sauce ratio. Overall a good pie. Maybe a little less cheese and a little extra in the oven; would put it in the 8’s easy.

Solid pie. The crust is a saltine cracker like pie, for those who have had Me N Ed’s, very similar to that. Very solid sauce, cheeses are average. Doesn’t bother me much but if you don’t like it when you take a bite and all the cheese and toppings slide off, then maybe not for you. My wife and I got a 14’ and pretty much ate the whole thing so definitely not for 3-4 people. Pie would be perfect for what it was made for, sharing with friends and drinking beer. Solid pie

I had both the thin and Chicago pizzas, both were excellent. Thin crust was well cooked and quality ingredients, 7.7 Chicago had firm crust put not hard, quality ingredients including a tasty sauce, 8.3. So I'm giving a rookie score because it's the average, 8.
