One bite everybody knows the rules… a little on the floppy greasy side but it more than makes up for it in flavor and crust profile. Crust comes with an excellent garlic compliment. Clean up that flop and it’s a easy 7.2

It's good, but not NY style. Needs higher glitter flour or longer proofing.

Wasn’t cooked through. Good sauce.

Crust has the perfect crunch, nice amount char on the bottom. Sauce and cheese isn’t anything to write home about though.
