Roz's Pizzeria

Ate Roz’s as a child growing up, but has probably been a decade since I’ve been in. Excited for this one. Grabbed myself a small pie, but was disappointed when Roz slammed my change down on the counter instead of my hand which was awaiting my cash. Bad day maybe? Idk get it together. However, as a professional I will not let the actions of Roz affect my scoring. A doughy pizza that lacks sauce, and flavor from the sauce that’s there. Best part of this pizza is the cheese, which is where most of the flavor comes from. Not much crust to comment on. If this pizza had a better dough it could drastically improve it. Overall this is your standard lower tier pizza with pretty standard ingredients most places have. The cheese keeps this pizza afloat, and above all the other spots that just use the basic ingredients. Summertime is pizza time, looking to get back on the circuit and bang out some reviews with my fellow enthusiasts.
