Pizza Review
First, in no way did this pizza reflect coal fired, not in flavor at all. Beyond that, crust had no crisp or char to it. It cooked on a pan in their oven and touched the deck for less than five seconds. Had an okay amount of cheese. Pepperoni was good. Crust was a touch on the sweet side and was chewy. Sauce tasted tomatoe-ey, neither sweet nor tangy. Wasn't a bad thing, just didn't go well with the pizza. This pizza needs work.
