Sauce hits you with a nice tang, cheese brings it home, crust is the unsung hero. Crispy outside, soft inside. Tastes like New Haven sent their A-game down the Parkway. Honestly, you could put this up against some of the best in the business. If you’re anywhere near Mendham and not stopping here, you’re missing out. Legit, I’m borderline offended I didn’t come here sooner. Sapori d’Italia, you earned it. Solid 9.3. Respect.

Since like a rookie I forgot to save a picture of my delicious plain slice, I’ll reward this fine establishment with a premium but well-deserved “Rookie Score”. The semolina dusted crust is crispy and superb, and high quality sauce and cheese combo makes this pie a winner. Ya just gotta trust me!

By far the best pizza in the area. The chicken buffalo and “drunken grandma” are the way to go. I always ask for “well done” as their crust is magic when it’s crispy! Go for it
