Sally O'Neal's Pizza Hotline

Just following one of my many leads, I get from friends, when out and about. 1. Located on the popular hangout strip of Howard Ave in Tampa, a block or 2 from the famous Bern's Steakhouse. 2. This was like a "hybrid" style pizza with dough like a Sicilian slice but served as a regular slice? 3. Small in size but thick. At over 4 bucks a slice, it is on the high side, for the size it was. 4. Cheese was very good, nice garlic flavored crust. Sauce was just too mediocre to give it more than an average rating.

Good pizza. Good thick underbelly. Tasty sauce. I ordered extra crispy.

It was grease puck. The mutha didn’t stand a chance for 12” but bc you have to spend $25 for a 16” they get BAMBOOZLED Fug ya life

Overcooked. Good crisp but cheese and sauce left a lot to be desired.

Burnt cheese, chewy crust, no crisp, salty sauce. Higher price does not reflect higher quality.

Plain slice was solid. Good crust cheese was good and so was sauce just a little too much sauce for me. White slice was easily a 7.5

Huge crust. No flop. Average at best.

Tart sauce, good crust, hell of a lot of grease. Almost too much. I like the cheese but it doesn’t have a great texture. Could’ve been better
