Sally's Apizza

This was a birthday gift for myself. After a 2 hour long train ride, a 15 minute walk and a 2 hour wait with a solid 20 minutes of that wait in pouring rain, I finally got my hands on this lovely pie, half plain, half pepperoni and it was well worth the wait. Although the toppings,cheese and sauce were all top notch, it is the char that is the star! This is most definitely a once in a lifetime experience!
