Sal'z Pizza

Sal’s Pizza could easily be the best pizza in the area with a few tweaks. There are a couple things holding them back from greatness. The first thing being their oven. It needs to be hotter. I asked for my pizza to be well done. For a thin crust style it wasn’t even close. A hotter oven means the pie would be done quicker and the thin crust would be crispy while the toppings wouldn’t be over cooked. I can sense the greatness within but was stuck with mediocrity.
