Sammy's Pizza & Italian Restaurant

Here we are at Sammy’s, a classic Italian restaurant. The pizza was very acceptable. Sammy’s has a very distinct taste, which I presume is because they use their own ingredients. Speaking of ingredients, every one that is included in this pizza was very satisfactory. The crust is thin but still feels midwestern, the sauce is savory, and the cheese is good as well. The only real complaint I have with this za is the grease. It may bother some people, but it is riding the line of being too much. Other than that, a very quality and traditional Italian pizza. Come get yourself one at Sammy’s in ashwaubenon. 7.4 that’s the review

This is very very decent pizza. Sometimes Sammy’s just absolutely hits the spot, but it’s not a pizza you can have every day. Very good flavor, good toppings, and a good crisp. It is very greasy, but that’s why it can hit the spot sometimes. Very classy and nice atmosphere too, a good Green Bay institution. That’s the review, would definitely recommend!

Crust was a bit floppy and not crispy enough for me. Despite that it still is a great tasting pizza that is worth trying

No flop. Sauce hit the spot. Grease was just the right amount. Super solid and enjoyable.

Best pizza in Green Bay. Mushroom sausage and garlic. Thin crust. Can’t beat it in this area.

Ok, I knew going in it was going to be a quality pie. Sammy’s is one of the best in the area. Pie came out pipping hot. Great crisp, great under carriage, great sauce distribution and good quality cheese. Only complaint, sauce could use a little bit more sweetness and maybe a smidge more on the pie, and also the pie was dripping grease like a 1950’s teenage boy’s hair. All in all still it’s still one of the best pies ever in the are, a bit pricing but a damn good pie. That’s my review.

Very light, good crisp and flavors. Restaurant has a large seating area with a real old school vibe. Full Italian food menu also.

Great crust, real good old school pizza. Was a little greasy on the middle squares.

Thin crust pizza. Little greasy not much flavor. In the sauce. Not a fan of square slices. Good pizza otherwise.

Good pizza, best in Green Bay by far. Thin crispy crust, the sauce got a little something. Never really blown away by it but it’s always enjoyable pizza. Solid.

Can’t go wrong here, best crust around, Ingredients are solid cheese is top notch. Best pizza in Green Bay & not debatable.

No flop crust is great, over all taste pretty damn good. Would say sauce is the only weak point. Would definitely come back for more. Also great staff
