Gas brick oven. No wood inside. Pizza was in oven for nearly ten minutes. Tastes of tomato paste. Cooked on a screen, yet inside a gas powered "wood burning" oven. Needs salt. Was crispy.

Mr C told me that if I was hungry that I should check out this joint. And ayyyyy, was he ever right. A ton of high quality toppings. A bit too much for the Fonz as I like them thin and crunchy. There was a bit of a flop but once it firmed up it hit even better. This pizza really filled up my leather jacket. Felt a bit wobbly on my bike on the way home. Great pie. Two thumbs up. Ayyyyyyyy
