Pizza Review
Second time trying Santillo’s. I said I’d be back because of the crust alone and that holds true. I tried the “1957” which is extra thin. Damn crust is crazy good. And I stand by my last review that you MUST eat this pizza hot on the spot. It cools down and gets chewy too quick. I thought there was a great sauce to cheese ratio. And it wasn’t too greasy. But my original review stands. Al won’t like me saying it but the sauce is just too over seasoned. Too much going on. I hate to say it has a chain taste to it. But, It’s the crust that has me coming back to try more...
