Sapore Pizzeria & Bar

Went back a couple days later. Still good, but the cook wasn’t the same level. Very floppy. It was also sauced far too much. Will go back, but had to review again due to the inconsistency. Original Review: 8.8 (10/1/26) Review #300 This pie is phenomenal. Incredibly, I think their plain cheese is their best pizza. The grandma pie is also top notch. Great staff and beautiful interior. Must visit if you are in the area.

Welcome to my gluten free journey… Crust was tasty sauce wasn’t too acidic would have loved more hot honey but overall very good

Solid taste no flop

Soft, crunchy all at the same time. Sauce was simple and delicious. Bravo.

very very very good pie. no glaring holes. sauce is awesome, cheese is very good too. crust is solid but not memorable. cool spot, friendly servers

This is my first pizza review, but I agree with the average score. I don’t normally stick with straight cheese. I wanted to do it the one bite way, at least for my entry. The crisp and flavor reminded me of a place called Harry’s I used to eat at in West Hartford when I was a kid. Delicious! 👌🏼

Dave was right!!

Really good, nice crisp and good flop

Definitely one of my best all-around good Pizza every aspect of it, the sauce, the cheese and the dough is perfect hard to find those kind of pizza of shops

Good bite, similar to New Haven saucy though nice char on the bottom

Very good pizzas. Crispy, good sauce, nice cheese, overall a good well made pizza.

Beautiful New York style pie! Great undercarriage, and some good bubbles. Just a little too much grease on top for me, and the cheese likes to slide. Great bite, great people, worth the trip 🍕

Honestly we ate it Fresh and I know that makes difference but absolutely delicious. The owner and our server were awesome as well. 10/10 ambiance and staff.!

Best one yet from them. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Nice char. Delicious.

A little saucy but the flavors were there.

Usually I agree with Dave’s reviews but he dropped the ball with this one. NO say this pizza should be under an 8.0.

Ate all but once slice, awesome pie. Nice staff quick service

Absolutely fabulous pizza. The perfect tangy, light sauce. Exactly the right amount of cheese. And a crisp crust. Loved it!
