Sassano's Pizza

Had a couple slices to go today and they were pretty good. Thin with a good Crisp and tang but greasy.

Might be cheating a little because I got slices, and everyone knows slice pies are usually thinner and the double cooks helps crisp it up, but hey, I'm not Dave so who cares. Nice and thin and crispy. Good cheese to sauce ratio. Nice spice blend, helps bring out the tang. Crust a little bland but good consistency. Not bad at all.

Sleep long and well Papa John for your legacy remains unchallenged here.

Can’t deny the value here, very reasonably priced. However, flavor-wise, nothing to write home about. Crust was dry and flavorless, marginal sauce, and a little conservative with the pepperonis. Serviceable not spectacular.

The favor is there. However, we’re dealing with a huge case of the Fort Lauderdale Flop and it’s a bit greasy for me. Overall it’s decent pizza.

Oh man! A little family run Neighborhood pizza place that’s been there for 30+ years. Same sauce recipe since the day they opened. Excellent pie! Best takeout pizza around.
