Sauced Wood Fired Pizza

Was very underwhelming. To call yourself a new haven style but still be floppy and doughy makes me believe you don’t know pizza. Sauce is good, cheese tasted cheap. Not worth it imo but not the worst I have had in CLE.

Very light. As Dave would say it has a great undercarriage.

Was really excited for the New Haven style pizza. Was not great…. But their pepperoni was good.

I agree with a lot of the other reviewers of Sauced. Good undercarriage. Good crunch of the crust. Minimal flop. I would’ve preferred a bit more sausage but for the price and taste this is really good value.

Great undercarriage. Zero flop. Wood fired. What’s not to like? You have to get the house made ranch with your pizza, it adds another dimension of flavor to the crust.

Love me some wood fired pizza, this pizza has a lot of cheese and to be honest, that is perfectly okay. The sauce compliments it well and the crunch from a wood fired slice is unbeatable. Big Fan

No flavor on crust, pizza was like pita bread

One bite everyone knows the rules... So this place is called Sauced. You would think by the name it would be heavenly to taste. Hence why we ordered a Quattro white pizza and a plain Pepperoni Pizza. Both were cooked fine but lacked anything special that deserves above a 6.5. I truly wonder where these local reviews on this business came from. But I can only say they must have a lack of tastebuds.

Trying to look for the best pizza spot in Cleveland, and the crust is perfect here and probably the best pizza ive ever had!

Crispy, airy crust with wood fired flavor- no flop here! Excellent sauce and overall taste.

Crust has a good flavor and has nice tang in the sauce. A bit greasy though. Toppings felt generic though and could have had more flavor. Would have liked a bit more crisp on the crust. It’s a good pizza, but not great like the score suggests.
