It seems so weird even ranking this pizza on this app. First of all, the crust and the dough are amazing. I ate there and had it fresh out of the brick oven and that crust had nice char and crisp. You can tell it’s made with super fresh and flavorful ingredients, and for people who like this style pie, I would have to guess this would be pretty high up there. But it just gets a little soupy in the middle, a little soggy by the time you get to your second and third slice. And compared to other 8’s in the area like Kinchleys, Casanos, Lidos, Pizza Knight, Grant St, Evoli, Late night, etc… I just can’t give this one as highs score and put it up there with all those other great, flavorful, crispy, tangy, traditional pies. It’s a beautiful pie, it is absolutely delicious, and the place itself and the wait staff are great. I will say, it would make an Amazing date night pizza!
