Sergeant Pepperoni's Pizzeria - Bearden

First things first, there is major floppage. Regarding the crust, it’s kinda like a focaccia style which gives it a nice texture soft at the beginning and crunchy at the end. Pepperoni is my go to when rating, it was greasy, but it was good. Reason I give it a 7.5 is that I think it’s a good joint, friendly staff, and pizza is great, the risk with the focaccia crust is a welcome change from just a basic crust pizza. I just like my pizza a little more done, so maybe ask for well done pizza if you are the same. My order was 14” Pepperoni Pizza.
