Serious Pie Downtown

The best pizza you can get in Seattle. Their margarita is a classic for a reason, and the pie with blueberry, taleggio, and prosciutto is one of the best I’ve ever had.

Could not for the life of me keep the cheese on the pizza, fell off every bite I took. Decent crispy bottom.

Pizza is only one size and is kinda small but the crust was well cooked flavor was pretty good and the pepperoni stood out which it usually doesn’t.

I’m reviewing this for the Totem Lake location because they’re not on the app, which is too bad. Artisan style, light and crispy crust even though it’s thick along the edges. A very crushable pizza with a great undercarriage and light flop. Flavor, amazing. The sauce… MAN the sauce! The sauce is bright and tangy, I could make love to it. Honestly the pizza is expensive for the size and today it was slightly saltier than I’d like but otherwise this for me is the best pizza I’ve had in this state. It hits on all the things I’m looking for, just can’t go 9 today. I haven’t had enough good pizza to know what a 9 is. I’m going back like tomorrow. 8.4 is the score.

Heavy on the parm. Very crisp crust that was very dry throughout. Not something I would go out of my way for if back in the area.

Great pizza in Seattle! Pictured here is their margarita style, not the simple cheese, however this was excellent, light and packed a flavorful punch. Highly recommend!

Good craft pizza. Not neopolitin. Sauce has an interesting taste. Crust has some char.

Everything I would want in a pizza thin crispy zero flop. flavorful sauce that doesn’t drown out the cheese and the basil brought it all together. Absolutely the best pie in Seattle without having to make a pizza reservation days or weeks in advance and you don’t have to wait an hour and a half to get. Just an awesome pizza place

I’m a Jersey guy and I don’t understand how the average score at the moment is a 7.5....This pizza 100% belongs in the 8’s. The sauce was on point. The mozzarella cheese was great. The bottom was flawlessly crispy. Herbs, Salt and E.V.O.O. carefully added to make this pie really standout. You can eat the whole pie and not really feel full - which is kind of a big deal 🍕

Neapolitan style pizza (Mozzarella) I liked the pizza, it tasted phenomenal for what it was. The score purely based on the pizza would be 7.9 ... The big negative here was the service we received from the older-than-middle-aged lady at the bar. It was a Saturday night around 6:45 PM and we couldn't get a table so we opted for bar seating and we were clear about our intentions to eat the pizza and leave. From the get go she gave high amounts of sass and attitude - we were baffled as to why. She seemed to be doing just fine with the other patrons she was serving with us being the exception. Me, being the observant fellow that I am, would say that we acted reasonably, communicated clearly, and acted within social norms/conventions. She sassed us when ordering pizza, asking for drinks, and when paying too. Every interaction was a negative experience with this lady. 7.1 - that's my score.

Very light, nice crunch. Sauce and cheese just ok.

Football shaped pizza. Sauce is decent, fresh mozzarella on top and lots of basil. Not bad.
