Siano's Pizza and Pasta

Siano’s is a great spot to visit. The sauce is excellent, the undercarriage is on point—honestly, it’s as close to New Haven-style pizza as you’re going to get in North Carolina. Definitely worth the drive. I can’t wait to come back. I even met the owner—she’s super kind, friendly, and Italian! 🇮🇹🔥

First time trying. I go to NJ for work often. Been to many great spots. Siano’s is as good as anywhere in NY/NJ. I haven’t been to New Haven, YET! It’s just that good. Only reason it was a 9.7 is, I drove from Ballantyne and back to get it; was semi cold when I got home and still was great and obviously not Siano’s fault but, a testament to how good it is, even cold. I’ll be back no doubt, but next time, one slice won’t make it back to Ballantyne. Supreme and Tomato pies are next level.

My wife & I came here for dinner last night, the pizza was amazing! We got a pepperoni pie, we ate the whole thing! This is our 2nd favorite pizza we have ever had and we have been many pizza places in the eastern half of the U.S. We arrived after I got done work, the owner Marcella who very nice, humble, and informative took our order and had us sit down and enjoy our pizza even though they were cleaning and getting ready to close up we got to chat with her and learned about her business. Plus it is affordable at a great price! This place is quaint, I received a warm friendly welcoming vibe immediately once we walked in the door with a great atmosphere, and cleanliness reminding me of a few pizza places back at home where I grew up in Trenton, NJ. If you moved to the Charlotte area or from Charlotte originally and searching for that resplendent place to experience pizza like no other, come here!!! You will be elated! As for this business - the owners and employees: keep doing what your doing because you are forming the footprint of a legacy! We will be back 🙂 PS- Dave Portnoy if you are reading this, come back to Charlotte and try this pizza - no excuses!

Best pizza by far in Charlotte!! You have to come and visit Sianos Pizza and Pasta in Waxhaw NC!

Honestly, this has a real chance to be the best pizza in North Carolina. Extremely flavorful cheese and sauce, perfectly charred with an excellent crust.

I’m not sure how it gets better than this. I wasn’t prepared for just how good it was. My favorite in the world is still Varasanos in Atlanta.

Finally, a great pizza in the Charlotte area (lived here nearly 20 years…it’s been a long wait)! I’ve been to many of the best spots in Manhattan, Brooklyn & New Haven. Siano’s is in my top 10, borderline top 5. New Haven style, crisp good looking crust & undercarriage, simple sauce, and after several visits happy to say it’s consistent. I’ll happily pass by 40 pizza spots along the 40 minute drive to enjoy Siano’s!

I went to college in NewHaven and this style definitely gave me memories of skipping afternoon class to wait in line on Wooster Street. Best slice in greater Charlotte for sure! To be fair, this is a New Haven score. Charlotte score is 9’8.
