In my opinion, this is the best pizza I’ve had in the 13 years I’ve been living in North Carolina. Everything about this place checks every box I look for in a great pie.
We always start with a plain cheese pizza because I firmly believe that if a pizza shop can’t get the cheese right, nothing else matters. This one was outstanding! Light, thin, crisp, beautifully charred, and a perfect blend of New Haven and New York style. The sauce and cheese were exceptional, with an ideal ratio. Simply phenomenal.
We also ordered the pepperoni and the margherita. The pepperoni was charred to perfection, had incredible flavor, and they did not hold back on toppings. No shortage of pepperoni here. As for the margherita, hands down the best we’ve had in the state.
All three pizzas were outstanding with absolutely no complaints. If you haven’t been to Siano’s yet, make it a priority. Go support them, they truly deserve it. These folks are the real deal, and you won’t be disappointed.
