Slice House by Tony Gemignani

Alright... Pizza Review Time!! We are here in Milpitas at Slice House by Tony Gemignani. One bite everyone knows the rules... Real good undercarriage with a minimal flop. A little crunch which is perfect in my opinion. Terrific taste. Perfect sauce to cheese ratio!! Honestly the slice got better and better with each bite.. I tried 3 different slices they had and all were top notch. Tony knows exactly what he is doing here. Flavor of was amazing but I love the Hot Honey slice the most and that’s saying a lot cause I am just a plain cheese guy! Want to come back to get a whole pizza fresh cause if the reheated slices taste this good I can only imagine how good the fresh pies are. Going to go 8.8 and that's the review!

In a nutshell, the pizza was great the location and vibe was not what I enjoy. Think Sbrarro, but better pizza. I went a week after they opened. The location is very small and it was crowded with people waiting for their food. It was loud, stuffy, and busy. Now for the pizza. New York style slice with some above average ingredients and a good crust. The score reflects the vibe and pizza.
