Pizza Review
Ordered a cheese pie, the gold medal slice. Comes as a round with a medium thickness crust. A bit of a flop. Crust has good flavor but is a bit doughy. Undercarriage is alright but could do with a bit more crisp. Cheese is good and not very greasy. Sauce is well seasoned and complements the cheese and crust. A decent pie, especially for San Francisco. It’s a little too doughy for my taste and it could benefit from more time in the oven to crisp the undercarriage.
