Don’t sleep on this. Very good Rt. 9 pizza in a swirl of other spots around Marlboro area. The roni here.

Good average pizza

Between the sauce, dough & cheese there are no overpowering variable but all facets are above average. Great covering of cheese, softer dough and soft undercarriage. Sauce is more savory than sweet. While it’s nothing special for the pizza belt (NJ / NY region), it’s a solid traditional nyc style pizza.

I know I know…. It’s not plain. Couldn’t resist the Roni and Sausage toppings. Great crust nice flavor. Sauce is sweet but just enough without being too sweet. Good cheese covering the pie. Cooked perfectly and definitely fresh. Reminds me of NYC style foldable and consistently good. Straightforward Pizza. 😎
