So, I broke the rules a little bit and got the 10” Marg...I have no regrets. When you get a marg pizza, 8/10 times it’s super wet and has WAY too much flop. A soggy mess. Not a good time. This is hands down one of the best (potentially THE best I’ve had) in my life. The dough is chewy and crispy at the same time. Excellent flop/stiffness. The tomatoes are sweet and the cheese and basil is subtly robust (if that makes any sense). Highly recommend. Service is awesome too. All that being said, this place is a 7.6 all day. That’s a review.
