Had the NY ricotta with sausage and a sicillian with pepperoni. Unfortunately no basil due to purveyor error, no harm, still excellent pie. A little pricey, but the business model is an ethical one, and it's a ton of food for the money. Family who runs it were super nice when I picked it up, I'll be back again. Only criticism, dough flavor seemed lacking in both fermentation and salt, but the construction was solid.
