Pizza Review
Of the big 2 in Naples Sorbillo definitely produced the better looking pizza compared to Da Michele. Had I reviewed this pizza at the time I may have given it a higher score but there are better pizzerias in Naples that don't require queing outside. Where Sorbillo really shines is in its dough composition which was phenomenal. The cornicione was perfectly air pocketed and the base was light and not gummy at all. Toppings are sourced well and taste great.
