Genuinely the best pizza I’ve had in my entire life. Waited for an hour to get the table, and I tell you what, that pizza has made me change my outlook on pizza for life. YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE

Best pizza ever had by far!!!

I mean this with no disrespect but this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. Took my first bite and the sauce was just straight up SOUR. Note: not something with a delicious tang. Just sour. And that sourness overpowered the entire pizza. The dough is not crispy at all, and the middle of my pizza was like a soup. ZERO CRISP. Flopping all over the place. Dough has the consistency of a pancake. I will throw them a bone and say that the outside crust had decent flavor but overall. I can’t in good conscious tell you this was superb pie. I take no joy in giving a 5.2 and I’m no harsh critic - but I gotta be honest.

Margarita and nonna Carolina. Both phenomenal I prefer New York style but this is by far the best Neapolitan style I’ve ever had. Perfect ratio of sauce cheese and dough and each is delicious sauce has tang and all that. Highly recommend

My favorite pizza in the whole world

Of the big 2 in Naples Sorbillo definitely produced the better looking pizza compared to Da Michele. Had I reviewed this pizza at the time I may have given it a higher score but there are better pizzerias in Naples that don't require queing outside. Where Sorbillo really shines is in its dough composition which was phenomenal. The cornicione was perfectly air pocketed and the base was light and not gummy at all. Toppings are sourced well and taste great.

Best pizza in the world? Not even the best in Italy. Go to Donna Stella in Amalfi. The wait is hours and you will be disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, it’s tasty but not the best in the world. Paper thin that is has zero structure. The saving grace is fantastic dough...perhaps maybe better for dipping in hummus and not as the base of a pizza.

By far one the top 5 pizzas ever made. EVER

Truly amazing margherita pizza. Get this. Sauce and cheese cooked perfectly, crust perfect blend of light and chewy but not too chewy. Pizza like this does not exist in the USA. Prosciutto was also very good, but get the margherita.
