It’s kind of a riff on Neapolitan, but it’s got too much cheese. It’s like a slab of just melted cheese in the middle. Fresh ingredients but not a lot of flavor. Under cooked undercarriage.

Decent, good ingredients, not made with love

I have hit almost every go to pizza place in Milwaukee. This one is great pizza! Light, good undercarriage, and very fresh tasting. About as good as you can get for this style.

Bar pizza…all 12 inch pies… great cheese, sauce and dough… good crunch too..

Good crunch on the crust and a very tangy sauce.

Solid cheese and sauce, a bit floppy for my liking and doesn’t have any crisp. But good taste.

Really good pie with perfect amount of crisp. I didn't leave hungry!
