It’s kind of a riff on Neapolitan, but it’s got too much cheese. It’s like a slab of just melted cheese in the middle. Fresh ingredients but not a lot of flavor. Under cooked undercarriage.

Doughy in the middle. Could have used 5 more minutes in the oven. Undercarriage was dismal and zero crunch on the crust. All flop.

I have hit almost every go to pizza place in Milwaukee. This one is great pizza! Light, good undercarriage, and very fresh tasting. About as good as you can get for this style.
