Sorrento Pizzeria & Restaurant

Sorrento’s slice has a couple things right with there pizza but they lack a lot in terms of quality. Sauce and the crust have good flavor but where it falls short extremely is before it ever hits a box. The pizza is extremely undercooked. The slice flops harder than any Lebron highlight reel you’ve seen. What concerns me though is the quality of the cheese as well. It leaves an unpleasant texture with the undercooked crust to give you a less than desirable experience. Had they kept the pie in the oven for another 5 minutes we may be looking around a 6.4-6.5. My advice is that there are way better slices of pizza in the valley go give those a shot before Sorrento’s.
